Late Summer - Shipping and Returns FAQs

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs for orders in the Continental United States are a flat $7.00 or free if the order is above $100.  Shipping costs for Hawaii, Alaska, and other non-continental United States territories are a flat $17.00.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship in the U.S. only, but if you live overseas and have your heart on something, please email us a latesummerkids@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.  If an order is shipped internationally, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently we offer standard shipping only.  We are a tiny team getting out your goods for the special tiny tots in your life and we don't want to over promise and under deliver.  If you placed an order late for a special occasion, email us at latesummerkids@gmail.com and we will try to make your dreams come true.

When should I expect my order?

Most orders will go out between 5 & 7 business days. When you check out, you'll see a shipping estimate that will indicate how long it will take for your item to reach you after it's shipped.  Additionally, a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has been shipped.  Any questions regarding your shipment should be directed to latesummerkids@gmail.com.

Do you accept returns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at latesummerkids@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting will not accept a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size if it does not fit properly. We can refund you if an item is damaged or defective but cannot promise that the same item will be available.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
